No School on Friday and Monday! Wow! What an awesome first week we had a DEA. We are truly off to a great start. It was wonderful meeting many of you this week and I hope to see more of you on Tuesday.As a reminder, there will be no school on Friday, August 30 and Monday, September 2 to honor the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. As a worker, we hope you have a RESTFUL Labor Day Weekend!
First Day of School for the 2019-2020 School Year! Tomorrow is the first day of school for the 2019-2020 School Year! All students may wear their DEA t-shirts and jeans. School begins at 7:55am. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We look forward to seeing your bright faces in the morning!
Mandatory Family Orientation Good Morning DEA Family!As we prepare for another awesome school year, we would like to meet with you for a fun, yet, informative Mandatory Family Orientation. This will be held on Friday, August 23 at DEA. You may choose either the 8:30 session or the 12:30 session. We will start in the gym so I can formally introduce myself and the DEA staff will share information regarding the DEA School Culture and what your child will be learning this year. Then, you will be led to your child's classroom to meet the teacher and see your child's learning environment for the 2019-2020 School Year.A raffle will be held for your chance to win one of three gift cards.
